Ordering from The Bead Queens

So, you've been looking and decided that you absolutely must have that way-cool hematite memory wire choker or can't live without that funky fall mix eyeglasses holder. How can you satisfy that need for on-line shopping? Well, check out the on-line gallery.

If there is something you saw in the gallery, click on it to order and check out via PayPal. If we don't have it, or you want it in another color, just let us know.

So what's the difference between in-stock and custom work? If we've already made it, you'll get it a lot faster. If it's custom, we need one to two weeks, depending on the current order load and bead availability, to craft your item.

The Bead Queen Guarantee

Most Bead Queen products are guaranteed for workmanship for one year. If the cord snaps or a wire loosens, send it back and we will rework the item for free. Now there are a couple of what the lawyers would call provisos here. If the cord breaks when your best friend tries to pull it off your neck in a jealous rage because she doesn't have a cool BQ item, that's not workmanship. In other words, normal wear and tear. Second, if you lose lots of the beads in the strand, we reserve the right for a nominal bead replacement fee.

On custom made items, we will work with you. We do not refund shipping or handing.

The only non-returnable items are earrings due to health regulations.
